Internal Service Advisor – Automotive

We need a Service Advisor who is knowledgable in the automotive repair business. Must be able to work with computers, create estimates and act as a liaison between used car manager and service techs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
• Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
• Follow up on each repair and keep used car manager informed of progress
• Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
• Notify used car manager when vehicles are ready
• Review and explain repairs and associated costs with used car manager
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Ensure vehicles are completed in a timely manner
• Utilize dealer software to track and update vehicle progress and repairs.
