Position Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes in a timely manner.
• Perform Multi-Point Inspections.
• Replace air and cabin filters.
• Rotate Tires.
• Mount and Balance Tires.
• Repair tires.
• Offer and explain additional services to service advisors (we will train you).
• Replace batteries.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct.
• Be on time and report for work every day. We are looking for professional team members that want a career and not just a JOB.

Compensation:

This position starts at $12.00 per flat rate hour. We will help you complete your Toyota maintenance and PDI training and get your state inspector license within the first 30 days.

Qualifications:

• Prior Lube Tech Experience Preferred
• Must meet dealership’s requirements for employment.
• Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and information.
• Be familiar and have some experience in automotive maintenance procedures.
• Able to operate a motor vehicle.
• Be 21 Years of Age.
• Have a clean motor vehicle record and be insurable by the dealership insurance provider.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and exert 50 pounds of force.
• Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Be able to bend, squat and stooping multiple time during the day.
• Able to keep up in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work in an open air shop in the summer and winter of the Rio Grande Valley.
