Bert Ogden Toyota has an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven and experienced Finance Director to lead the finance team. This role is critical to ensuring efficient financial operations, achieving dealership goals, and providing excellent customer service during the financing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) department, including compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to ensure the best financing options for customers.
• Maximize dealership profitability through financing and insurance programs.
• Manage and train finance managers to ensure customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
• Review and improve processes to enhance departmental performance and customer experiences.
• Monitor and report financial performance metrics to dealership leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial paperwork, contracts, and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales managers to ensure seamless integration of F&I operations with overall sales goals.
• Stay informed on market trends, lending rates, and financial products to maintain competitive offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, insurance products, and compliance regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and customers.
• Proficient in finance-related software and dealership management systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
